Roe Buck Stalking in Scotland

The season lasts from 1st April to 20th October for bucks and from 21st October to 31st March for does.

The main season is May, June and July but we sometimes hunt the last week of April and the first week of August. The rut is the last week of July and first week of August.

A full week of hunting is 9 or 10 outings starting Monday morning and finishing Friday morning or evening. If the weather has been bad Saturday is sometimes used as a catch up day. It is forbidden to hunt on Sundays so this is a good day to arrive. Periods of 3 or 4 hunting days are also possible.

Each outing will be conducted by the estate stalker on a 1 x 1 or 2 x 1 basis and transport on the estate is provided.

I can cater for up to 4 hunters in one district using 2 hunting areas, but single hunters or pairs of friends are preferred. 12 bucks
JMuzz and big buck In May and June there is usually a lot of time during the day for touring, sight seeing and shopping so there is much to do for wives and girlfriends should they wish to join their hunting partner.
